What will you do

  • Manage the daily operations of User Acquisition, which include setting up, managing and optimizing ad campaigns (Facebook, Google Adwords and Yandex) ;
    • Analyzing data to optimize campaign performance;
    • Keeping aware of new tools that are available in the UA arena that might help improve UA efforts;
    • Conducting competitive analysis including monitoring competitor activity, specifically regarding UA;
    • Manage and distribute budgets (70000+ Euro monthly)

Who you are

  • At least 3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition
  • Experience working with one or more analytical systems: Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics etc.
  • Strong in data analysis, results-oriented and metric driven. Know what ROI and LTV stands for
  • Advance knowledge of marketing funnels, A/B testing ads, ASO, remarketing and landing pages
  • Advanced Excel skills used to analyze data, using sampling, pivot tables, filters and advanced formulas
  • Experience working with significant budgets and foreign markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in Apple Search Ads and Twitter is a plus
